This is the best hotel experience I have ever encountered. Great customer service check-in,great housekeeping staff, beautiful and clean rooms, great view,the whole nine. I am definitely coming back, and recommending all of my friends. Go with Comfort Inn Las Vegas. The Best!!!

I booked a stay at this location for a business trip and had confirmation number and all. I arrived to the hotel to check and was told there were no rooms. The front desk help was nice. She said the manager tried to call and also email me multiple times. But I never got a call or an email. Then they sent me over to Home 2 Suites which I’m sure is the same ownership. I’m sure from the great reviews it’s an ok place. But lesson learned need to stay with my go to with IHG. Choice hotels it was nice but never again.

comfortable last minute stay in Vegas. Room was comfortable. Lack of sound insulation allowed too much street noise to room. (second floor over front desk) Facility showing its age. Lighting over member parking not working. leak from second floor plumbing dripping into lobby. Location in decline. Example, code required to use lobby restrooms. Parking shared with neighboring facility. Parking tight when occupancy high. Location understaffed during peak times. Check in line to front door when I arrived. Staff was great, attended to all needs promptly.

I was going to write a great review until the day shift woman came on duty. Night shift check in was awesome, thank you Nathan and the young woman who helped. San. You're lack of compassion and understanding is unbelievable. I had a box stolen from the back of my vehicle and wanted direction on how to create a report. All you had to offer was a cold, heartless "there's a sign in the parking lot that says we aren't responsible." Good job at being a utter failure in this situation. You had an opportunity and you blew it. What if I had been someone who had something extremely valuable stolen and was very distraught? All you would have done is blow them off.
